Physical

Appearance: Dianthus's main body color is a pretty white. Her under belly is a red, red as a striped Dianthus. Her underwings, were also a red color like the striped Dianthus. But, her wings got cut off, when she was just a drakling, and they never grew back. She has red markings on her body, they are hard to explain, but people call them swirl marks. She also had a tiny red pearl on her forehead.

At the back of her head, sticks out loong grey horns. They are straight, but curve at the end. She has a black nose at the tip of her muzzle, unlike any other nose anyone has ever seen. She can smell from far away with that nose. Its usually wet for some reason, but if she is dehydrated, it becomes dry. On each side of her muzzle right behind the nose, is these long brown string like things. She can use them like a whip, they cant kill immediatly, but they sure do hurt and sometimes it leaves a mark, its a dangerous body weapon, you wouldnt want to be attacked with that.

Dianthus is a very thin dragoness. She can fit through a lot of things, like cracks and crevices. She has a long neck, she doesnt really know what it can help her do though. She has some-what long legs, and if she lands on them right, she can jump very high and keep her balance steady. She has long ears, long, loong ears, that she can raise up and down to hear better or worse. Long ears that not many dragons have, or maybe no other dragons have it at all. She has a very, very, VERY long tail, with hair at the end of it, a lot of hair.

She has no scales, what so ever. She has fur instead. Not many dragons have fur, most have scales, that protect them from things that may try to hurt them. But Dianthus has fur, it isnt like armor, like some dragons call there scales. But, her fur is thick, and it has just the same level of defense that dragon scales have. If you happen to cut off her fur, it will immediately grow back in a matter of seconds.

Last but not least, she has a red cloth tied to her neck. It is special to her, even though she dont know how she got it. She's had it for years and years. She would never take it off, never take the chance of losing it. And if you try to get it off of her, she will get angry, and attack, but mostly enemies. If you want to get on her good side, dont take off her red cloth.

Strengths:

• Climbing - Since Dianthus cant fly, she climbs when she cant reach something.
  
• Swimming - Dianthus can swim long distances without getting tired.
  
• Slim - She is slim and can go into places many dragons can not.
  
• Speed - Dianthus is very fast, making it where she can run from other dragons easily.
  
• Defending - Dianthus can defend herself better then she can attack. She can dodge easily with her speed, but doesnt always dodge.
  
• Flexible - Dianthus is very flexible and can move around in different ways without getting uncomfortable
  
• Memory - Dianthus has an excellent memory, there isnt 'I cant remember' to it. She can remember a lot of what she hears.
  
• Camoflauge - When it comes to Camoflauge, Dianthus is a pro. She can hide very easily when it comes to mud, sticks, and leaves.
  
• Moon - Dianthus feels powerful when there is a moon. It doesnt matter if it is a Dark Moon or a New Moon. Any moon that is out, makes her feel powerful.
  

Weaknesses:

• Flying - She cant fly, so she cant reach dragons when they are in the air.
  
• Attack - Dianthus cant attack that good, so her main survival skill, is dodging.
  
• Sun - Dianthus gets her power from the moon. The sun makes her seem kind of weaker then she is when there is a moon.
  

Personal

Personality:Dianthus is sweet and caring, and easily undersetimated. Dragons usually thinks she is nice, and wouldnt hurt a dragonfly. Their wrong. Dianthus may be nice, sweet, and gentle, but you dont want to make her angry.

When she is angry, she casts a Dark Moon. She uses the powers of the Dark Moon to overpower dragons. After using the Dark Moon, she would go unconsious, for a certain amount of time. When she awakes, she doesnt remember what she did. Its better to get on her good side.

She is a great friend though. Loyal and always being able to trust. Always defending a friend if needed. If you cant be her friend, be her ally. She loves allies, having someone to fight along with. She would never hurt an ally or a friend. It doesnt matter if she is angry or not, she would never hurt a friend or an ally.

She is usually understanding, and ready to help anyone. Whether its an evil dragon or a good dragon. But, you shouldnt ask her to change a phase of the moon. It makes her mad, feeling like you are trying to control her, using her, to get what you want.


History:Dianthus's egg was a white color. It had red swirl marks going around the egg horizontaly. Everyone would gather around the day when it was to hatch. They wondered, if this could be a MoonCaster. It was, a lunar moon that night. They knew there was something special about this drakling. When she hatched, they saw the white dragon with the red markings on her body. She had the power of MoonCasting.

They taught her how to use her MoonCasting ability right, and hoped she would use it wisely. They told her to never use a dark moon. But, they noticed, that when she got angry, she would disobey, and use the dark moon. They started to become afraid of her, but still, taught her how to use the MoonCasting ability. Everything went wrong, when that night came. It happened, so quickly, no one could stop it.

One night, someone was showing her how to cast a New Moon. She had done this a million times, and was getting tired of it. She then, began to cast a Dark Moon. The dragon that was training her, tried to stop her, but she killed him. She went to her parents house, and when she got there, it was morning. Her parents face were in horror.

The elders took her, and punished her. They cut her wings off, and banished her from TwightLight Falls. She still has nightmares, of that night. Of her parents faces, the elders cutting her wings off. She began to hate them. She hated her parents for letting the elders punish her. She hated the elders for cutting her wings off. But as she grew, she began to realize, it was her fault, she had gotten punished.

She goes around, helping people. Who ever asks her where she is going, gets the same reply 'On a Journey' She is even now, going on this 'Journey' A journey...To find her destiny.

Dianthus had called someone named Celia in a dream. She told her to go to twighlight falls and meet her there. When she saw Celia she told her about what had happened to her home. Then Celia decided she was going to take action, and kill the one who destroyed it.

She met someone named Blizzarius,. She didnt get to stay and chat with him long because he had to go soon. But she already knew he would be a good friend. But she was worried for his soulmate, MiMi, because she knew what was to come to her.

When her and Celia got to the White Isle, she was upset to find Blizza with MiMi. She had to keep him out of the fight that was going to begin between Celia and MiMi. Finally, Celia almost had her, Blizza then had no control over his body, and Celia and her run. But then Blizza summoned a tornado and they was stuck into it, so Dianthus went to go help Blizza. While trying to help him, MiMi took her last breath, and he sensed it and came back. He then laid down beside her, and took his last breath also.

• Trust - Dianthus likes it when she knows she can trust someone. Not having to make sure they arent lying all the time.
  
• Loyal - Dianthus likes it when someone is loyal to her. Always defending her and standing by her.
  
• Allies - Dianthus likes it when she has someone to fight with. Not being alone, and someone she can trust that wont turn against her, even though it might not be exactly a friend.
  

Dislikes:

• Parents - She dislikes her parents for letting the Elders cut off her wings when she was just a drakling
  
• Elders - She dislikes the Elders for cutting off her wings, making it where she cant fly.
  
• Certain Dragons - She dislikes the dragons that tease her, for having no wings.
